Orders are shipped once payment has been received in full.- In stock items: dispatched within 5–7 business days.- Out-of-stock or made-to-order items: delivery time is up to 3 months, as all objects are hand-crafted and made from natural onyx, making eachpiece unique.
Due to the natural variations in onyx and the bespoke, hand-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless required underapplicable consumer law. Please contact us if you have questions before ordering.
Dust gently with a soft cloth or duster. Do not use cleaning sprays or abrasive materials, as onyx is a natural, delicate material.

All shipments must be inspected upon arrival:Report any damage within 10 business days while the goods are still at the delivery location.Keep all packaging materials to validate any claims related to transport damage.Claims submitted after this period, or without packaging, cannot be processed.
All Zaconi objects are covered by a one-year warranty against mechanical defects (from receipt, not installation date).Not covered under warranty:- Natural variations in colour, veining, or texture of onyx.- Changes in finish appearance (hand-polished items are expected to patinate naturally).- Damages from improper handling, installation, or use.- Use of bulbs exceeding specified wattages (voids warranty).- Damage due to unsuitable environments (humidity, outdoor exposure).- Cleaning with unsuitable products or techniques.- Any costs related to removal, reinstallation, or restoration.
